A very cute story:
So when we were in Albuquerque, Grandma Nan was showing Iver the baby in the mirror.
He was smiling away at himself and Nan said "give the baby a kiss"... Iver just kept smiling.
We only speak Spanish with Iver at home and earlier that morning I'd gone around telling him "dales besitos" which means "give them kisses" and he'd passed his kisses out to everyone.
Nan remembered this as Iver was smiling at himself in the mirror and said "besito" and he proceeded to give the cutest baby in the mirror lots of slobbery kisses.
When she told me afterward I was so proud! Apparently our little guy is actually soaking up some of the nonsense we are feeding him.
