Tuesday is a good day to say goodbye

While Alex and I love each other dearly I think we both harbor a secret crush on Bateman's Bay.

Ergo, it was at said location that we chose to say our goodbyes to the lovely Australia with a splashy day and a starry night.

Fortunately our goodbyes are only temporary.

We will be going to Guam for the next two months, mostly to boonie stomp with Alex's parents and kid brothers Sam and Joe.  Then we will make our return to the land of dreamtime and red rocks for Alex's last semester.

p.s. we very nearly killed a kangaroo on our drive back, thankfully our good luck saved us from such bad luck- phew!
