Holiday Cheer

We have done a little decorating.

Our favorite Christmas addition is the festive modifications to our faithful door greeter.

Alex's mom gave us the inspiration to make a 25-days of gratitude thing-o, we have only done 2 days so far but we are loving it!

Wishing you all a festive month.

p.s. it is supposed to be summer by now over here but it has been raining for 5 days straight- very strange.  At least I still get to drink hot chocolate :-)

p.s.s. I think Australia forgot it was Christmas time- absolutely no one, I repeat no one, has any semblance of holiday decorations up.  It is quite alarming. And honestly, as consumerist and gluttonous as the American holiday season is, it is fun and we sort of miss it.  That's ok, for now we will just have to take up footie and bar-b-ques- AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE OY OY OY!

  2. So cute Morg! I love your creative way to do 25 days of Thankfulness. And your Santa guy is kinda freaky but cool :) You have a good attitude about things- even though Australia isn't getting into the holiday cheer, you guys can do it on your own and just go with the flow. It's cool you're living there for long enough to really understand the culture and experience life in a different way. You're teaching us all!
