The national botanical garden is 10 minutes from our place and I think it's my new favorite place to go. We had a great week and a total party weekend; watched The Castle (ozzie film, hilarious), went on a crazy bike ride adventure trying to go to a viewing for a potential apartment (no good), I went to Cockington Greens with my friend Sam, we went to a footie game at the Manuka stadium (Australinan Rules Football is awesome), played a smashing game of Settler's of Catan with four other friends, and had a pizza/movie night at Sam's. It was great! We're so lucky to have such awesome wonderful friends already; ozzies are super duper nice, that's one thing I learned right away. Wish us luck this week as I start work and Alex gets ready to leave for his interview! eek!!!
